1. Introductory provisions

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the BezModelky.cz website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The controller of personal data is Pavel Procházka, Company ID (IČO) 88328767, with registered office at Kyjevská 333/2, 503 41 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, email info@bezmodelky.cz.

2. What personal data we process

We only process the data that you voluntarily provide to us through the contact form or by email:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• The URL of your online store
• Product photos you upload and the content of your note or message
• IP address, only temporarily, to protect the form against abuse and spam

3. Purpose of processing

We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Handling your request and communicating with you (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
• Creating and sending a trial photo from the uploaded product photos, and details about working together.
• Protecting the website and the form against abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Who has access to the data

Only we, as the operators of the service, have access to your personal data. As a matter of principle, we do not sell or rent your data to any third parties. For technical operation, we use the following processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and secure private storage of uploaded photos), Upstash Inc. (temporary IP address records to limit the number of submissions) and Web3Forms (delivery of email notifications about requests). Uploaded photos are not publicly accessible and we never publish them.

5. Data retention period

We keep personal data from contact forms only for as long as strictly necessary to handle the request and for subsequent business communication. Uploaded product photos are automatically deleted within 90 days at the latest if we do not start working together. Contact details from a request are deleted no later than 1 year after the last contact. IP address records used for spam protection are automatically deleted within 48 hours at the latest.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the full right to:

• Ask us which of your personal data we process.
• Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected.
• Request the erasure of this personal data or the restriction of its processing.
• Object to the processing of personal data.
